Van Damme drives a Bangkok taxi

In addition to kicking on the red carpet and showing his JCVD at the Bangkok International Film Festival, action star Jean-Claude Van Damme has been in Thailand making a movie called Full Love.

TwitchFilm.net (how's that for a correct URL, eh?) has a set of hi-res photos from the shoot, with the one of the Bloodsport star driving a Bangkok taxicab catching my eye.

Twitch says Full Love "is a very personal project" for Van Damme and that that two of his children - Kristopher and Bianca Van Varenberg - have roles in it. Van Damme describes the action-drama as being “based on a true story, based in another reality” and that it is “about love, friendship, and dedication.”

Thailand nightlife websites have noted the Belgian actor's presence on the scene in Pattaya, with Stickman's weekly column reporting that Van Damme's "been sighted in some of the more salubrious venues around town enjoying himself."

A report by Pattaya Ghost has a different description of enjoyment, saying the Muscles from Brussels "got dissed badly by four showgirls" at one Pattaya establishment and later "turned up with two exceptionally tall Thai girls one of which had hands like shovels."
